In reality, as was ascertained during the public meeting, from the voting of these resolutions until the date of the Court's decision, no action, even more so violent, was carried out in order to implement them. This fact confirms the arguments of the representatives of the "SHOR" political party, according to which these messages represent only political statements, expressed in the context of a political struggle on the part of the opposition, just as it happens in other states. The author has not presented any evidence regarding the violent nature of the protests in question. On the contrary, in the video material with no. 2, a message from Mr. Ilan Shor in Russian addressed to the protesters is played. He declares: “we spent nine weeks of massive protests, with the only request that the entire state leadership resign and set the date of early elections, protests that failed.”
Judge Vladimir Țurcan of the constitutional court, raised serious concerns about the evidence provided during the hearing on banning the Shor Party. Judge Vladimir Țurcan was one of two judges having a dissenting opinion (3 were in favor two against).
